As someone who was bit by the fashion bug at a very young age — maybe even the womb — I am always looking for new ways to indulge in my love of style.
Expanding on my career as a stylist, designer and editor, I have found yet another outlet to express my passion — blogging! That's right, I am beyond thrilled to announce that for the next few weeks, I will be sharing my thoughts on everything from spring trends to closet organization and how to get red carpet-ready, all right here on FabSugar! Are you as excited as I am? It's going to be mah-jor you guys! xoRZ
P.S. My first post goes live next week, but in the meantime, you can sign up for The Zoe Report to receive a daily email about my latest obsessions in fashion, beauty and lifestyle!
Just when you thought Naomi Campbell's charitable ways had given her a new lease on life, out comes news that the supermodel assaulted her limo driver and fled from the scene in Manhattan just yesterday. The driver told police that Naomi began to "slap and punch him" as they were driving around town. As he pulled over to report the incident to nearby police, Naomi jumped out of the car and ran away. Yep, ran away. A supermodel. Who hit her driver. Temperamental much?
A police source told the NY Daily News that they're on the hunt for the runaway model. "There has been a criminal complaint made out against her. She's obviously aware of it. She'll either turn herself in or we'll go out and get her like anybody else." Seems like those anger management classes the model took after tossing a phone at her maid in 2007 haven't really done the trick just yet..

It was only a few weeks ago that I was telling you about Burberry's 3D broadcasting of their Autumn Winter '10 show, and now, it seems Christopher Bailey is pushing the Fashion Week envelope further by making selected outerwear and accessories from the collection available to order exclusively at Burberry.com immediately after the show. This means people across Europe and the US can get their hands on hot-off-the-runway pieces in just over a month! Bailey, who is responsible for designing all Burberry collections and overall brand direction for the British label, recently took home the crown as International Designer of the Year at the 2010 Elle Style Awards.
I'll be bringing you all the pics and video from Burberry's London Fashion Week show tomorrow morning so stay tuned!
Alexander McQueen — the name conjures up endless fashionable memories. The man behind so many genius, grandiose creations including his statement tartan and armadillo heels. It is a truly sad day, as we all mourn the loss of one of fashion's greatest talents. In his 16 years in the industry, the British designer brought us awe-inspiring collections, one more forward than the previous. I'm going to miss gasping at his incredible work. Let's keep Alexander's flame alive by reliving his most astounding pieces.
The fashion industry is in mourning over Alexander McQueen's sudden death, with tributes flowing in on Twitter. The British designer was born Lee Alexander McQueen in East London and began his fashion career on Saville Row. He later completed an MA at Central Saint Martins and his graduate collection was famously bought up by Isabella Blow. He won British designer of the year four times between 1996 and 2003. He was the youngest designer to ever receive that accolade. Daisy Lowe commented, "Wow that's a huge loss for the creative world," while Brix Smith Start is "stunned" and commented, "Poor man what a loss of talent!" Dita von Teese also made a brief comment on her Twitter simply stating, "Rest in Peace Mr. McQueen". Fellow designer Rachel Roy said, "My prayers are with A. McQueen's family and loved ones — a loss for the entire world on so many levels." His most recent collection for Spring 2010 was inspired by his love of diving. He streamed the show live on ShowStudio and also showed off his commercial awareness by including the first play of Lady Gaga's new single. The Spring line included the infamous armadillo shoes which did not go in to production, but have been worn by Daphne Guinness amongst others. British Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman has released a statement saying, "Lee McQueen influenced a whole generation of designers. His brilliant imagination knew no bounds as he conjured up collection after collection of extraordinary designs. His death is the hugest loss for anybody that knew him and for many that didn't."
I'm sad to report that Alexander McQueen has been found dead at the age of 40 after apparently taking his own life. His office have released this statement:
"It is a tragic loss. We are not making a comment at this time out of respect for the McQueen family."
Alexander recently lost his mother Joyce McQueen, and lost close friend and mentor Isabella Blow when she committed suicide three years ago. He was one of the shining stars of the British fashion industry — his autumn collection was one of the highlights of Paris Fashion Week — and he was expected to show at the next one. Our thoughts are with Alexander's family and friends at this tragically sad time.

If you didn't catch Abbey Lee Kershaw on Today Tonight last night, here are some highlights. The Australian über model let us in on the pressures that come with being one of the world's top ten models, walking in ridiculously high heels, and her gypsy lifestyle.
On her hectic lifestyle: "It's crazy, it's a very fast life. I generally spend most of the time on planes, at airports, in studios, at shows, all over the place."
On refusing to wear Alexander McQueen's Aramadillo heels: "Hopefully it's going to come back down soon because, I mean, health and safety regulations have got to come into place at some point."
On posing nude: "I find nudity imperative to the expression of fashion... I don't think I've done anything too outrageous."
