Aussie Beauty Victoria Lee Livin' Large for Elle France

We love seeing our home-grown beauties enjoying international modelling success.

We love seeing our home-grown beauties enjoying international modelling success. One such rising star joyfully popped up on our radar today. Victoria Lee, who is locally represented by Priscillas, scored herself a spread in the May issue of Elle France. She of the killer mane and never ending legs heralds from a small town in rural New South Wales called Narrandera, yet looks perfectly at home smizing up a storm for snapper Hilary Walsh. Wardrobe-wise it's all gingham bikinis and chambray shirts worn open over, well, not much actually, for this picturesque outdoors/indoors beauty spread  proving you can take the girl out of the country but not the country (styling) out of the girl. Watch this space, we're predicting big things for Miss Lee. Images courtesy of Hilary Walsh and Fashion Gone Rogue

Too Cute! Kate Middleton Makes An $88 Dress Look A Million Bucks

HOW adorable is Kate Middleton?

HOW adorable is Kate Middleton? The Duchess proved that you can be chic and sporty, attending the launch of a sports initiative yesterday with Princes Harry and William at Bacon's College in London. The last time we saw HRH she was label-central wearing a chic ladylike Stella McCartney frock and a Cartier necklace worth a pretty $74,000 — so it was refreshing to see Kate was back to her high street tricks opting, for a fit-and-flare frock from UK chain store Hobbs. The check-print dress retailed originally for (approx) $179, but was recently reduced to a thrifty (approx) $88. Unfortunately, said dress has now sold out — such is Middleton effect! Kate teamed her '50s frock with a neutral woven waist-belt and taupe espadrilles, which she happily kicked off for a judo demonstration. Step inside to see Kate's cheap 'n' cheerful look, from allangles . . .

Oscar de la Renta Resort 2013 Takes Us on a Luxe Ladylike Picnic — See the Complete Collection Here

Oscar de la Renta's Resort 2013 collection offered up a plethora of plush, picnic-ready looks for sunny days ahead.

Oscar de la Renta's Resort 2013 collection offered up a plethora of plush, picnic-ready looks for sunny days ahead. And while you may have pastoral images of lazy lawn spreads and fruit-filled wicker baskets in mind, this country-chic girl wears her gingham prints in luxe satins and silks. The iconic designer presented a cool mix of traditionally sleek looks — black-and-white short suits, apple red tea party frocks, and bright peplum tops — along with quirkier pieces, like a silk and sequined baseball t-shirt paired up with a decadent gingham ball skirt. If the more daytime-friendly wares don't inspire dreams of frolicking in a manicured meadow, then de la Renta's signature frothy gowns will certainly transport you to an evening under the stars in the French Riviera. Above all, this is an ultra-fresh line up with classic and cool-girl appeal. To see every Resort '13 look, just keep clicking.

Florals

2011 Spring Milan Fashion Week: D&G

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's latest D&G collection is quintessentially Spring.

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's latest D&G collection is quintessentially Spring. It's everything you dream of for the playful season: florals, lace, ruffles, tiers, and more florals. Exaggerated, medium and tiny floral prints come in a bouquet of hues like pink, yellow, purple, and blue. Everything from flirty frocks and blouson shorts to baggy trousers and tunic tops all have a bad case of floral fever! But florals aren't the only highlight of this collection. The red and white gingham print is old-school and totally picnic ready. A few denim pieces also make a cameo, as do a couple of delicate lace styles. Our favourite bit? The accessories! Silk bandannas, canvas bags, skinny tan belts, and floral sandals are too cute for words.
