We're in the thick of all things Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and we're keeping a keen eye on visiting international style-setters and bloggers. Most important are the buyers who turn up hoping to spy cool new threads and trends to adopt — and this year Shopbop, one of our most visited shopping sites, has its team on the ground here in Sydney. New Yorker Jenny Fuchs is one of Shopbop's fashion buyers, and we asked her to tell us what she brought with her for the trip. In here, you'll find a totally wearable compilation of easy dresses, cool bomber jackets and a colourful clutch — all from a mix of Aussie and international designers. • On what she's excited to see: I love all the swim shows — they have such a fun vibe! Plus seeing all the Aussie bloggers — their style is amazing and they always represent what’s new from Australian designers.

Some girls have natural style in spades. The dual creative force behind StyleStalker, Rachel Zeilic and Sue-Ann San, are two such girls — so they were top of our hit-list for our Inside Her Wardrobe feature. First up is Sue-Ann, whose closet is the stuff of fashionable interior-fantasies.  This Sydney-based creative knows how highlight her faves and store the rest in style. Those clever StyleStalker girls are at it again, this time stretching their skills to the world of jewellery. In a first for the local-label-gone-global, designers Rachel Zeilic and Sue-Ann San have collaborated with an LA-based accessories brand Luv Aj. Both labels share the same young, cool, tough-but-sexy aesthetic and each have solid celebrity fan bases — so we're marking off the weeks days until the fruit of their combined talent is spotted on Kim/Lauren/Kate or Ashley. The collection launched officially today, with the hand-made pewter pieces available via both labels' e-shops and in select boutiques. May we suggest you snoop the entire range? Before the Hollywood pack get their paws on it. 

There's something simultaneously practical but so-stylish about a sleeveless jacket. Let us differentiate here between the sleeveless jacket (good) and a decorative vest (not so good). The sleeveless option has the shape and shoulder structure of a proper jacket, just sans-sleeves — leaving it with a utilitarian, don't-mess-with-me vibe. A vest is a little more superfluous and well, to be honest, a bit naff. Leave those embroidered/embellished numbers at home for now, and invest your funds into a hard-working topper. Believe us when we say this little addition to your wardrobe will become the most versatile thing you own. So many amazing outfits, so little time! This week's round up of the top 10 best dressed celebrities brings a good mix of red carpet looks and street style, and that's just the way we like it. Who else but Kate Moss would incite outfit envy while she ran errands, wearing a simple striped jumper and tight pants? Who else makes us want to whip up to Valentino just so we can wear a pair of his heels when we walk the streets like Miranda? No one, really — and that's why these ladies are regualr fixtures in our best-dressed list. As for red carpet styles? Taylor Swift knocked it out of the park with her sexy mini, and Olivia Palermo? The silly season is near upon us, which means one thing to us; party season style. Our usual MO for special occasion dressing is to let our inner bower bird off the chain, but this year we're adopting a more tactical, more grown-up and — dare we say it — cooler approach. It comes thanks to one of our all-time favourite girl crushes — ex-Russh editor and now NYC-based stylist Stevie Dance. She lay down her rules to dressing for this time of the year, with rather strict instructions on how to not look like a Christmas tree. Here are our top five take-away tips and the pieces that will change the way you dress for special occasions — for the better.

Start with a little bit of Brigitte Bardot, add a touch of street-wise LA style, mix in the mystery of a Playboy bunny circa 1960, and finish with a generous dose of sex appeal; that was the recipe for StyleStalker's Summer '12-'13 collection. Entitled 'Bunny's Day Out' the playful line-up includes cut-out broidery anglaise frocks, laced-up coloured lace dresses, sorbet-hued suiting and plenty of dreamy custom-prints in pastel palettes of peach, mint and grey.
