Fab Collab: Tempes de Reves Adrian Mesko Photo-Print Scarves for Sportsgirl

Remember how we told you that graphic prints were going to be big news in Spring/Summer '12-'13?

Remember how we told you that graphic prints were going to be big news in Spring/Summer '12-'13? Photographic prints, in particular? Well Sportsgirl's latest designer collab ticks the new season trend box, as well as satisfying our love for all things NYC-related. New York based photographer Adrian Mesko has put six of his signature photos on silk for luxury scarf label Tempes de Reves, with the capsule collection for the Aussie chain store dropping in-stores nationally, and online, this week. Priced at $50 a piece, this is a much cheaper way to add a little Big Apple style to your wardrobe than a one way ticket. Snoop (and shop) Mr Mesko's work.

The much anticipated Richard Nicoll for Sportsgirl capsule collection finally dropped into stores yesterday, after many weeks of lusting after his tailored, feminine styles. Richard Nicoll is bringing his London look to Australia via the latest Sportsgirls Like collaboration.
First Look: See The Richard Nicoll For Sportsgirl Collaboration In Full!

Richard Nicoll is bringing his London look to Australia via the latest Sportsgirls Like collaboration. Wanna see? We've got these hot-off-the-press look book images for this capsule collection, and we're busting to share! Cutting his Aussie design teeth at Central Saint Martins before starting his own eponymous line, Mr Nicoll now heads up the creative direction of French label Cerruti. Add seven capsule collections for Topshop to his CV and you've got a chain store collab of the highest design pedigree. "What about the threads?" we hear you cry. Expect a clever blending of boy-meets-girl styles as Richard takes traditionally masculine fabrications like herringbone, checked wools and houndstooth — and injects with femininity via his tailored silhouettes and girlish finishings. Heart motifs and ribbon bow detailing up the flirt factor of sharp shifts, cigarette trousers, and business-like blazers. Sharp enough for work, but cool enough for play — these are clothes designed for the urban stylista. In short, we j’adore. Dropping in store and online March 28th (write that down!), with prices ranging from $80 — $200, this is one expat effort that's sure to be a retail hit. Wowee! Sportsgirl's Sydney Westfield Flagship Opens Today!

After what seemed like a long, Siberian winter without a Sportsgirl store in Sydney’s Pitt St Mall, the sun has finally come out!

After what seemed like a long, Siberian winter without a Sportsgirl store in Sydney’s Pitt St Mall, the sun has finally come out! The brand spanking new Sportsgirl flagship store opened it's doors this morning in the still-shiny-new Sydney Westfield complex, and I was treated to a sneak peek last night. They had me at hello with the biggest wall of accessories I’ve ever seen, not to mention a muchos tempting range of handpicked vintage threads, the adorable Sportsgirls Like Anna & Boy collaborative range and more cute-as clogs than you could poke a Swedish stick at. We've also got our eye on their hard to walk past Christmas gift range, too! Take a guided tour inside the new store with our gallery of snaps. Enjoy!

Trend Talk: Sportsgirls LURVE Anna & Boy

Ex Voguettes Anna Hewett and Lill Boyd saw a void in the market for fashion forward swimwear — and filled it with their now famous, eponymous Anna & Boy line.

Ex Voguettes Anna Hewett and Lill Boyd saw a void in the market for fashion forward swimwear — and filled it with their now famous, eponymous Anna & Boy line. We've long loved their retro-cute printed cossies and chic-er than average beach cover ups, so it would be a slight understatement to say we were excited about their Sportsgirls Like collab! The designer duo's Wayward Daisychains diffusion line is choc filled with Anna & Boy trademarks, from ditzy floral print onesies to retro styled bikinis, to cuter than cute playsuits. Anna & Boy for Sportsgirl will launch online and hit Sportsgirl stores tomorrow. With prices ranging from $90 to $160 our guess is it'll go fast, so get in quick!
