Olivia Palermo nabbed a front row seat at the recent Armani Privè couture show with hunky boyfriend Johannes Huebl by her side. She always looks perfectly polished, and I'm loving her oversized cocktail ring and gold-platformed heels, but is this look a little too mature for Liv? The silky blouse and knee-length skirt are undenibaly beautiful, but perhaps they'd be better kept in storage for another five years or so...just sayin'.
While Dior's Fall 2010 couture collection was a floral vision, Armani Privé's got straight down to business. Luxe business, that is. Flowy suits, cropped trousers, artsy jackets, metallic blazers, and tweeds are tamed by neutral hues.

The designer has created a collection of costumes for Gaga to wear on her current Monster Ball tour, and it's filled with insane Gaga flavour. "We hear Lady Gaga's music everywhere we go, it is like a soundtrack of our times," said Giorgio Armani.

This Giorgio Armani dress was teamed with Brian Atwood heels and a cute Judith Leiber clutch. I adore the full skirt and crossover back, but unfortunately the sheer V-neck detail kind of ruins the overall look for me.
As we're in the midst of awards season, you can almost guarantee that one of these Armani Prive gowns will make a red carpet appearance over the next few weeks. Who can forget Angelina Jolie's tight strapless number at the 2009 BAFTAs which was hot off the catwalk? This Spring, the collection was two tone with creations ranging from trouser suits to dramatic ball gowns.
