We've been loving the sequin-collar look on Hailee Steinfeld, and on the A/W 2011 Givenchy runway, so we decided to make our own version just in time for the party season. It's an easy way to update a top you already own, and it's an affordable way to try out the trend. All you need is a cotton top with a collar, sequin trim, some Jewel-It glue, pins, and scissors — so simple, right? Make sure you let your top dry overnight once you're done, and remember to hand wash it gently so that the sequin trim doesn't come off. Alexa would approve!
