New York hosted yet another star-studded screening of The Great Gatsby today. Miranda Kerr was one of the guests and chose a floral ensemble and Prada bag for the movie — she posted a picture of herself on Instagram wearing the 3D glasses and said, “What an awesome movie. Wow! I just want to keep watching it again and again. Congratulations!” She also stayed back for the Q&A with director Baz Luhrmann and called him “an inspiring genius.” It was the second stylish night out in a row for Miranda, who was one of the many celebrities at the Met Gala. She wore a sexy, skin-baring Michael Kors dress to the event and had her hair styled with a faux undercut to get into the Punk: Chaos to Couture theme.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend brought their good looks to City Harvest's annual Practical Magic fundraising event in NYC last night. The bash drew stars from both film and the world of food, including Richard Gere and a Chloe-clad Elizabeth Olsen — whom Chrissy and John mingled with inside the event — and Top Chef star Tom Colicchio and Eric Ripert, who is the chair of City Harvest's Food Council. It isn't clear if Chrissy partook in any libations during the fete, but she did reveal after the charity shindig that she is swearing off alcohol for the time being. She tweeted today, "I feel like if I say this publicly, the chances of succeeding will rise. I am going sober. First for a month, then taking it from there. Alcohol is just not as fun and relaxing as it used to be. Want to feel truly good again!"
Hollywood stars mingled with fashion identities at amfAR’s New York Gala to kick off New York Fashion Week today. Kim Kardashian hosted a bash at Las Vegas's 1 Oak nightclub on New Year's Eve. She was joined by boyfriend Kanye West and her mum Kris Jenner as well as pals Brittny Gastineau, John Legend, and Chrissy Teigen. Kim and Kanye had even more than just the New Year to celebrate since they announced over the weekend that they're expecting their first child together. It doesn't look like Kim's pregnancy hasn't slowed her down since she's been on the go in recent days. She travelled to Atlantic City, where Kanye performed, and then headed back to LA yesterday before making her first public appearance in Sin City since the exciting news. Kim shared that she hasn't had any morning sickness adding, "People always say it's easy and fun. It's definitely an adjustment learning about your body and stuff like that. I've been feeling really good so that's good."
Wednesday night's White House State Dinner, hosted by President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama in honour of visiting British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife Samantha, was a star-studded affair. Homeland star Damian Lewis arrived with his wife Helen McCrory while Sir Richard Branson also posed for photographs on his way into the event. John Legend was on hand as a performer, but also enjoyed the dinner with fiancé Chrissy Teigen, who tweeted pictures throughout the evening, including one shot of John's shirt after he spilled on himself. The other musical entertainment came from Mumford & Sons since David and Samantha are apparently fans of the British band. Even more famous faces, including Harvey Weinstein, Anna Wintour, Georgina Chapman and Warren Buffet, attended, so click through to see them all in the gallery!

It’s nothing but the best for the reigning queen of talk show TV! A who’s who of Hollywood’s A-list and the biggest names in music joined forces to give Oprah Winfrey one of the most star-studded send-offs in television. As you know, Oprah is wrapping up 25 years of her successful talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, to focus her energy on her network, OWN. She just taped her third and second-last episodes at the United Center in Chicago, which are set to air next week (Channel Ten will screen them around the same time), and as the title Surprise Oprah! A Farewell Spectacular suggests, all the guest appearances and performances were kept hidden from Oprah until she saw them on stage at the same time as the audience.
The arena was filled with some 13,000 lucky guests who were able to experience the historical TV moment. Tom Hanks acted as MC, telling Oprah, “Today you are surrounded by nothing but love.” Then more big names took their turns on the stage, gushing about Oprah and all she had achieved during her quarter-century on air, including Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Madonna, Diane Sawyer, Dakota Fanning, Halle Berry, Queen Latifah, Jerry Seinfeld, Simon Cowell, Rosie O’Donnell, Michael Jordan, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. There were performances from the Black Eyed Peas, Beyoncé (who had to tape hers twice due to technical problems the first time), Jamie Foxx and Stevie Wonder, Josh Groban and Patti LaBelle, Kristin Chenoweth, Alicia Keys, Usher and Aretha Franklin.
The ladies brought the fierce fashions on to the red carpet at last night's Met Costume Institute Gala in NYC, but the men were responsible for looking hot in their tuxes. Many guys, like Jay-Z, Tom Brady and Orlando Bloom, were one half of a hot couple, but others such as Chace Crawford and Matthew Morrison were rolling solo. Sweet Bradley Cooper, though, brought his mum! There was a lot of hotness to appreciate from the men, so click through to see who turned out for one of the style world's biggest nights!
