Sydney's Finest Step Out to Fete Tiffany & Co. and The Great Gatsby
The celebrations for The Great Gatsby certainly don't seem to be slowing! After a glamorous round of global premieres and many a party at Cannes Film Festival, the cast and crew threw yet another fabulous soiree last night — this time in Sydney to celebrate the relationship with Tiffany & Co. The iconic jewellery house reached into its archives and also created bespoke pieces especially for the period film's lavish costumes — giving guests at Neil Perry's Rockpool Bar and Grill restaurant an exclusive preview of the film's glittering supporting cast members.
Elizabeth Debicki teamed a pair of Tiffany & Co.'s flawless yellow gold and diamond earrings back with her backless Carla Zampatti gown, Gracie Otto looked flirty in a Gucci LBD and Carey Mulligan looked effortless in a simple black sheath. Want your own one-on-one with the jewels of The Great Gatsby? They'll be on display in the Sydney Tiffany & Co. Castlereagh Street store from Monday 27th of May until the 2nd of June. Take a peek!

Jessica Chastain Wears Elizabeth Taylor's Jewels to Cannes Cleopatra Premiere
There was no tribute more fitting for the 50th anniversary viewing of Cleopatra — and to the film's stars, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton — than Jessica Chastain wearing one of Taylor's Bulgari necklaces at the Cannes premiere. It was a gift given to Taylor by Burton on her 40th birthday, in 1972. The sapphire-and-diamond sautoir (with a 65-carat centre stone) is part of an eight-piece collection that the jewellery house bought back from Taylor's 2011 Christie's auction, and these pieces have rarely been loaned to celebrities. "I feel so lucky to be wearing them. They looked so fabulous on her and she was a movie star from her head to her toes," said Chastain. "That kind of glamorous star doesn't exist anymore but their diamonds do." An all-angles look at the stunning Bulgari necklace, here in the gallery.

Razzle-Dazzle! See Sydney's Finest Frock Up for The Great Gatsby
It may have been raining last night at Sydney, but that didn't put a dampener on the glamour on show at Moore Park's Entertainment Quarter for the much anticipated premiere of The Great Gatsby. The official invitation asked "a hint of 1920s" from the A-list guest list, and deliver they did — some getting more into the theme than others. Leading ladies Carey Mulligan and Elizabeth Debicki took a more relaxed approach to the dress code, donning a Nina Ricci bustier and Lanvin trousers, and full-skirted floral Christian Dior respectively. Others, like Emma Freedman, Kerri-Anne Kennerley and Deborah Hutton, got right into character in flapper-esque dresses with plenty of sparkle.
The middle of the road approach looked the chicest to us; best exemplified by Laura Dundovic, Delta Goodrem, Kate Peck, Alice Burdeu and Jesinta Campbell who added who paid subtle tributes to the era via headpieces, antique lace, deco shapes or metallic fabrications. Good work, girls! This is one red carpet round-up you don't want to miss — step inside to zoom in on all the razzle-dazzle!
