Vanessa Hudgens chose a slinky, satin, backless Reem Acra number for the premiere of hunky boyfriend Zac Efron's new film, Charlie St. Cloud. From the front, the silky dress boasts a heavily-jewelled neckline, while on the back, beaded silver baubles provide a barely-there touch showcasing her amazing bod. Satin dresses are so tricky to get right, particularly ones in such a creamy hue, but Vanessa managed to make this mini-frock look effortless and chic.
