With so many events this week — Derby Day, Halloween, Harper's Bazaar's Women of the Year Awards and more — we were completely spoilt for choice when it came to selecting our Top 10 Best Dressed of the Week. But when it comes down to it, we need to seriously be wowed by an outfit for it to make the cut. And by wowed, we mean, it needs to be talked about in the office.
