Jessica Biel shunned the traditional white for her weekend wedding to Justin Timberlake, hosted at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Southern Italy on Saturday. She opted for a romantic pink and white haute couture gown by designer pal Giambattista Valli, which is no surprise as we've seen her wear a lot of the label of late. The designer himself saying, "She has always been a fabulous interpreter of my creations and I was very pleased when she came to me to help her for her nuptials to Justin. And I could not be more proud that she walked down the aisle in Italy, my own country, wearing Giambattista Valli!
A statement released by the pair's rep said, "The strapless gown of silk mousseline and silk organza consisted of a light pink floral motif and ruffles. The veil, which consists of Biel’s' heirloom pearls, was also created for her by Giambattista Valli." Mrs Timberlake accessorised with her gorgeous engagement ring, and a pair of vintage-cut, yellow diamond drop earrings from Martin Katz, worth a reported $105,000 USD. Not to be outdone, the groom look chic too, with Timberlake turning to Tom Ford. The designer was quoted as saying, I adore Justin. He has innate style and enormous talent ... It was such a pleasure and honour to work with him and his wedding party. I am so happy for both of them." Sounds it was quite the stylish celebration!
