Oh, the life of a movie star! Here we have Rachel McAdams going from Germany to Madrid in a whilrwind of outfit changes to promote Sherlock Holmes. For her German fans, an Alberta Ferretti one-sleeved teal dress reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour made the cut, while for Madrid, a more modern shaped nude Vionette dress mixed back with platform heels and a tousled up 'do was chosen.
