Leighton Meester went for the smart casual option for today's MTV Movie Awards, working a loose-cut Christian Cota cream short suit. A graphic print tunic added a touch of pastel-hued interest, which Leighton tied back with a peach Jimmy Choo glomesh clutch and nude Brian Atwood pumps.
