The lob has risen in the ranks to become the must-have haircut of 2013. This longer bob (hence, lob) can range anywhere from below the chin to just above the collarbone. Celebrities like Nicole Richie, Karlie Kloss, Julianne Hough and Nikki Reed have all been spotted wearing the versatile, stylish look. And if you need more convincing, check out this celebrity inspiration roundup to print before your next hair appointment.
Nikki Reed chopped off her lengthy waves with a fresh new cut. The actress arrived at an event for Coach last night sporting one of the hottest cuts in Hollywood right now: the lob. Nikki also lightened up her dark brown mane and ombré highlights to a more soft caramel-coloured hue. What do you think of her new look?
Justin Timberlake hit the red carpet to celebrate the release of The 20/20 Experience at LA's El Rey Theatre last night. He was joined by newly single Ryan Seacrest, whose split from girlfriend Julianne Hough was announced last week. Ryan interviewed Justin during the event, and their chat confirmed that Justin is in fact planning on dropping a second part to the album later this year. Also on hand for the bash were Emmy Rossum, Anna Kendrick, Nikki Reed, and a crowd full of fans, who were treated to a concert by Justin that included a performance of "Mirrors." He had made his way west after stopping over the weekend in Austin, Texas, where he held a secret Myspace event.
When there's no dress code on the invite, guests are free to interpret the "party dress" with their own brand of styling. Such was the case at last night's iHeartRadio 20/20 Justin Timberlake album release party, where attendees like Nikki Reed, Jordin Sparks, and Emmy Rossum celebrated JT with their own take on eventwear. Nikki made a case for the classics, keeping it easy in skinny pants and a semi-sheer button-up, while Jordin worked a cool-girl angle in leather pants, sexy heels, and a moto-style jacket. As for Emmy, she adopted a more ladylike approach, arriving in a sweet floral-embellished Topshop sheath and white heels. For the rest of the party guests, just keep clicking — then be sure to cast your vote for the night's best dressed.
There's still a week until US brand Joe Fresh makes its department store debut in JCPenney, but the celebration has already started in LA. Stacy Keibler hit the scene wearing a sparkly black blazer with slim jeans and a red blouse, while Louise Roe showed off her slick styling skills in a pair of fun printed shorts, a silky white blouse, gold sandals, and stand-out jewels. To top it all off, Nikki Reed opted for more casual-cool wares, donning a striped top, navy coat, and skinny jeans. Which party look are you feeling?

Reds and pinks get plenty of colour play on the lips, but shades of orange are a flattering way to quickly add some glow to your complexion. Just this week, we've seen three different celebrities showcase three different ways to wear orange hues, ranging from daring to demure.
Bright red-orange: A modern take on a classic red, Nikki Reed showed that an orange base can help add warmth to your makeup — no matter which season you're in. Try Nars Lipstick in Heat Wave ($39) and pair it with plenty of blush to stand up to the boldness of the hue. Top things off with a rich, warm shadow.
Matte orange: Jessica Alba proved that tangerine, last year's It colour, is here to stay. She kept it seasonal with a matte finish, while her bright blond highlights added a luminous touch. Olive-undertoned complexions look gorgeous in colours with yellowish undertones, just like Jessica's full-on orange version. Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Riviera ($42) is a perfectly vibrant option.
Muted coral: If going matte and/or vibrant is a little too intense, why not try a muted peach shade like Garcelle Beauvais did? Try a colour like L'Oréal Colour Riche Lipstick in Magnetic Coral ($20.67) and build up to an intensity you're comfortable with.
While Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart made the rounds in Madrid, their co-stars kept busy with the Breaking Dawn Part 2 premiere in NYC. Twihards everywhere finally got the long-anticipated finale to the Twilight Saga when it hit cinemas on Thursday, but we've been more preoccupied with what the film's cast are wearing on the red carpet. Yesterday, starlets Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, and Elizabeth Reaser bared a decidedly sexier side, with their respective gowns and party dresses. Ashley showed off a moody Donna Karan Atelier gown with a figure-flaunting bustier, while Nikki turned up the glamour in a fringed and beaded Naeem Khan confection. But it wasn't just about the film's leading vampires ladies — celebs like Nicky Hilton, Rachel Roy, and Lindsay Ellingson glammed up to celebrate the final Twilight chapter. Click on to see who wore what — then tell us your pick for best dressed in the comments.
Nikki Reed launched her first jewellery collection, Mattlin Era, with Pascal Mouawad at Fred Segal — and FabSugar US was there to get the scoop straight from the burgeoning designer. The collection was brimming with delicate silver and gold hammered pieces, and Nikki mused that it was inspired by someone close to her. She also let us in on some Breaking Dawn scoop! Watch on to see the entire line and to hear Nikki talk about her foray into jewellery design.
An event as huge as the Breaking Dawn Part 2 premiere calls for full-on glamour, and the Twilight ladies didn't disappoint. Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene, and Nikki Reed all lit up the red carpet, and the best part about these three ladies? They all embodied a completely different look, and each one pulled it off flawlessly:
Kristen went with a sideswept hairstyle. Her hair was twisted back to one side at the nape of her neck (pictured at bottom left), secured with pins, and then finished off with glossy, voluminous curls. Her eye makeup was a smouldering metallic smoky eye with amped-up lashes, which paired perfectly with her hot pink lipstick. For a similar look, try Estée Lauder Pure Color Lipstick in Magnetic Magenta ($45).
Stylist Ted Gibson created a gorgeous "princess" look for Ashley. He blow-dried her hair using a round brush before twisting small sections around the entire head and securing with a silver barrette. A few spritzes of his brand's Beautiful Hold Hairspray completed the style. Ashley's makeup artist, Vanessa Scali, stuck to the pink family, using Mark Just Pinched Blush Tint in Cheeky ($15) on her cheeks and Mark In a Whirl Marbelized Lip Gloss in Pink Soufflé on her lips.
Nikki's hair was styled by Wella stylist Mara Roszak, who opted for a low bun (pictured at lower right) that's easy for anyone to pull off. After parting her hair and pulling it into a low ponytail at the nape of her neck, Mara looped Nikki's hair back into the elastic, wrapping the excess around. A light spray of Wella Professionals Shimmer Delight added shine.
