20-13 is looking pretty good for Nicholas Kirkwood. The British shoe designer took home the British Fashion Counsel/Vogue Fashion Fund award last night in London, knocking out big name designers like Mary Katrantzou, Peter Pilotto and, royal favourite, Roksanda Ilincic for the 200,000 pound prize. Kirkwood is the first accessories-only brand to take the title, joining the illustrious ranks of past winners Erdem ('12), Christopher Kane ('11) and Jonathan Sounders ('10).
