Baseball season is in full swing overseas, and Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr got in on the action, firing a pitch during a game in Seoul, South Korea, on Thursday. Many other stars have had the honour of taking the mound to throw the first pitch for their favourite teams as well. Victoria Beckham donned a Dodgers jacket to dish out the ceremonial ball, while Matthew McConaughey packed some heat on his pitch in LA. Prince Harry even tried his hand at it, giving the ball a whirl at a game in Minnesota.

Plenty of other celebrities have had the honour of the inaugural throw — click through the gallery to see the rest of the stars who have thrown the first pitch!

LC Talks Boyfriend William Tell and Leaving Party Life Behind

Lauren Conrad struck a sexy pose in a midriff-baring top for US Marie Claire's July 2013 issue.

Lauren Conrad struck a sexy pose in a midriff-baring top for US Marie Claire's July 2013 issue. The one-time MTV reality star has moved on from late nights in LA to pursue her career in what has now turned into her own fashion empire. The road beyond her small-screen fame hasn't always been easy, though, and she spoke candidly about dealing with her critics, as well as the difficulty of getting her own story told. Aside from the perils of life in the spotlight, she's found stability in her boyfriend, William Tell, whom she began dating in February 2012, and inside the pages opened up about why their relationship works. Here are the highlights from Lauren Conrad in Marie Claire:

  • On boyfriend William Tell: "He is very good for me because we have a lot in common as far as where we grew up. It's the first time I'm with someone and I'm not explaining things. He also has experience in the entertainment industry, so he understands a lot of things that people don't always get."
  • On telling her own story: "I only ever got to tell half of my story. People are very quick to judge these days, especially behind the anonymity of a screen name. It's very easy to say, 'I hate her, I hate what she wore, she seems mean.' But you're only seeing a small fraction of her life."
  • On leaving her party life behind: "It feels done for me. I'm OK with it being done . . . I destroyed my voice when I moved to LA. There are polyps all over my vocal chords because I was in a lot of loud places. If you listen to the first episode of Laguna, my voice is completely different."

Lauren Conrad on Her Signature Scent and More

Lauren Conrad has made a business out of selling her style, from her clothing line to her website thebeautydepartment.com, and we still can't get enough of her covetable beauty looks.

Lauren Conrad has made a business out of selling her style, from her clothing line to her website thebeautydepartment.com, and we still can't get enough of her covetable beauty looks. At the TK event, Lauren let us in on what's stocked in her makeup bag and what's always on her vanity.

On her signature cat eyeliner: "I use Mark. I worked with them years and years ago and I never stopped using it. I've tried so many different brands and every once in a while I'll switch it up for softer shade and use a light brown. Chanel does a good one, but [Mark] is my go to. It's waterproof, so it doesn't smudge!"

Her tip for beach waves: "I think the trick is less product. I don't use a lot of product in my hair and also differentiating the size of the curls. So you curl inside the barrel, then over the barrel and switch it up to give it a little bit of texture. Beach waves aren't supposed to be fussy, so you're supposed to do them quickly. They're supposed to be imperfect."

Her signature scent: "I wear Chanel Chance. There are many of them but I use the light pink one."

What she always travels with: "When I travel, I use neroli water ($14.95) — it's a hydrating thing. It's really nice to keep with you especially if you are doing a long press day to refresh your makeup. You could actually use Evian face spray too but I like this because it smells like orange blossom. I always travel with that and Egyptian Magic ($59), because every night I do a scrub to get all of my makeup off, and I slather it on after because when you fly your skin gets so dehydrated."

Sweet Sweep: Whose Sideswept Style Did You Like Best Last Week?

Just when you thought that centre parts were here to stay, celebrities change the game.

Just when you thought that centre parts were here to stay, celebrities change the game. A bevy of women stepped out last week with styles that were deeply parted and swept over to one side. Lauren Conrad brushed her ombré curls to one side and kept the other side loose, while Kerry Washington pinned one side of her hair against her head. And Eva Longoria gave her loose hanging curls some serious volume at the crown. Side parts are universally flattering, but whose did you prefer?

Top Ten Best Dressed of the Week: Miranda, Rosie, Kate & More!

Yes, the Met Gala may have dominated the fashion headlines this week (did you see the gowns?).

Yes, the Met Gala may have dominated the fashion headlines this week (did you see the gowns?). But, that doesn't mean we didn't have other stylish opportunities to serve our search for this week's best-dressed celebrities. Miranda Kerr and Sarah Jessica Parker's versions of dressing down — Miranda wore a loose Vivienne Westwood jumpsuit and Alexander Wang heels to a showing of The Great Gatsby, SJP wore a vintage floral dress — proved to be some of our favourite looks of theirs. . . There's something about stars not trying too hard that we love. Kate Bosworth made a case for flared skirts (hers by Miu Miu), and of course, we're still impressed by some of the Met Gala style winners — namely, Rooney Mara and Rosie HW. Want more? Right this way!
