Designed by stylist Patricia Field, the dress keeps in theme with their red bow bottle for Christmas. Kim is thrilled with the design, gushing "Bows are really fashionable and I love this trend. Red bows remind me so much of Chistmas trees and beautifully wrapped presents."

The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation is an organisation which sells the hottest celebrity threads to benefit children's charities. Founded by actors Jane Kaczmarek (Malcome in the Middle) and Bradley Whitford (The West Wing), the foundation has raised over 4 million dollars since its inception in 2002.
