Coachella weekend one wrapped on Sunday with plenty of celebrities heading back home from the desert. This year's first round of Coachella festivities drew lots of stars including couples like Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson and newly single Katy Perry and Julianne Hough. Haylie and Hilary Duff shared personal pictures of their weekend in Indio, California, while Coachella regular Vanessa Hudgens took to photo-blasting her excitement over Armani ExchangeNeon Carnival, where Chord Overstreet happily partnered up with Clint Eastwood. Music fans in California are halfway through day two of Coachella, the annual music festival that draws crowds of up to 95,000 people each year. This year, the lineup includes acts like Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Lumineers, Tame Impala, The XX and many more, and plenty of celebrities have stepped out to enjoy the sun and sounds. Most notably? The abundance of celebrity couples, loved-up and showing it as they strolled the grassy grounds. Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger stole kisses, Robert Pattinson lead his girlfriend Kristen Stewart through the crowds, Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish stuck close together as they posed with fans, and Joe Jonas held hands with his Swiss girlfriend Blanda. It was a busy holiday weekend for many of our favourite stars as they celebrated with family and friends. Guy and Jules Sebastian dressed their 1-year-old Hudson in the Easter theme as he went on an egg hunt, while Hilary Duff, Mike Comrie and Luca spent the holiday with her sister, Haylie Duff. Meanwhile, Katy Perry got in the family spirit by spending the day with her cousin Kai, and Diddy earned major dad points by dressing up as the Easter Bunny to entertain his kids. Los Angeles basketball team the Lakers had plenty of star-studded support during their game against Miami at the Staples Center over the weekend, though they didn't take home a win. Hilary Duff took a break from mum duty with Luca to spend the evening out with husband Mike Comrie, while Mark Wahlberg and his wife, Rhea Durham, showed their boys some love courtside. Leonardo DiCaprio hung out in the stands with a pal after making the rounds at Monday's Golden Globes. Other famous faces in the crowd included Ellen Pompeo, who cuddled up with her man, Chris Ivery, as well as Queen Latifah, Jack Nicholson, and Ron Howard.

Reese Witherspoon, in a Miu Miu dress, was in the spotlight last night at the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies luncheon, where she was being honoured with the Grace Kelly Award for her commitment to healthy pregnancies and families. Reese had plenty of support at the event, which was hosted by Nick Cannon, including new mum Elizabeth Banks, and Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie. Megan Fox, who gave birth to son Noah in September, and her husband, Brian Austin Green, were inducted into the Stork Club for new celebrity parents and mingled with Molly Sims inside.

It was the first time Reese and Brian were at the same event since Brian jokingly thanked Reese for taking attention away from Noah's birth with the announcement of her own son, Tennessee. Amanda Peet broke from her small-screen role on The Good Wife to attend, and Alyson Hannigan was on hand as well. Reese got behind another good cause yesterday, when she posed at the Children's Defense Fund of California's annual Beat the Odds Awards. Both recent appearances came after a quick trip to NYC earlier this week.

Halloween isn't officially until tomorrow, but stars started celebrating early with parties over the weekend. Emma Roberts channelled her aunt Julia in Pretty Woman, while Rosie Huntington-Whiteley chose a rather sexy ensemble. Hilary Duff painted a Day of the Dead mask on her face, and Kim Kardashian took a cue from Splash and dressed as a mermaid. There was plenty to keep us occupied this week as we farewelled Winter here in the Southern Hemisphere (hooray!) and celebrated various events taking place in our Northern counterparts. The 69th Venice International Film Festival kicked off on August 29, and we watched a bevy of beautiful people — such as Kate Hudson — as they got into the party spirit. But it was more of a family-filled week for some of our other favourite celebrity mums, like Hilary Duff and Michelle Williams — they were snapped taking their cute kids out to farmer's markets and for ice-cream in LA and New York, while back down under, a couple of "foxy morons" celebrated the release of their first film, Kath & Kimderella. Hilary Duff spent a busy weekend in LA juggling family and fun. On Saturday, she stepped out with her son, Luca, who wore mini UGGs and a Beatles "Yellow Submarine" onesie, to run errands. They stopped by a Sherman Oaks mall and were later back together to pick up fresh produce at a farmers market. That evening, Hilary switched gears to attend a party at Skybar in West Hollywood to celebrate Mindy Kaling's upcoming comedy series, The Mindy Project. She wasn't the only famous face in attendance since John Mayer, B.J. Novak and more gathered for the bash. It looks like Hilary is enjoying her downtime before getting back to work, since she recently signed a deal to star in and produce a half-hour comedy series.
