Grace Coddington's Memoirs Sell for $1.2 Million USD: We'll Be Putting This Book On Pre-Order!

Must Read: Grace Coddington's Memoir

If you saw The September Issue you probably fell in love with the flame-haired creative director of US Vogue, Grace Coddington (as we did!) — so you may be excited by news that Grace has reportedly sold her memoirs for a whopping $1.2 million USD to Random House. From her days modelling (she graced the pages of Vogue long before styling them — pictured above in 1967), to her days as fashion editor at UK Vogue, before her move to the US masthead under Anna Wintour's direction, we're guessing that Grace would have some fabulous stories in the vault for her colleague and co-writer Michael Roberts to condense. Along with Carine Roitfeld's post-French Vogue style tome, this is one book worth putting on pre-order.
