Emma Watson's held us captive with her Harry Potter premiere looks — each time, stunning in yet another gown selection. For tonight's much-anticipated Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 premiere in NYC, the actress surprised in a Bottega Veneta Fall 2011 gown, complete with a frayed linen bustier and full, draped skirt. OMG! I am completely and utterly obsessed with Emma's dress. It is so daring and edgy, it's so fashion forward and flattering. I think she looks FANTASTIC!!! Amazing amazing! She never disappoints!

What was going on with Emma's dress?? It seems as if someone had used safety-pins to attach a piece of drapery to that corset (why was she wearing inner-wear on the red carpet???). Looking at the lower part of the thing she was wearing, if I'm not mistaken, I think she was intending to wear something that would've seemed like it was designed by Vivienne Westwood, but what an epic fail. If she wanted to go for a Greek toga effect, then the upper part of the dress should've been overhauled. Or should I say, where did the top part of her dress vanish? I can understand her reason for taking a risk, but this is an epic fail. I'm sorry, but Emma should've chosen something that would've fitted her size. This dress would've rocked on Beyonce or JLo, (or even Helena Bonham Carter for that matter!), someone who could've filled out the dress. But not someone like Emma, who has a tiny size. She usually rocks on the red carpet, but this is horrible. I am extremely sorry to say that I am completely disappointed in her choices for the red carpet this time around. She went way too big in London (Oscar de la Renta fairytale gown). Nice dress that one, no doubt that actually fitted her, but that was just too formal for the occasion. And I have just one word to describe this dress - Ghastly!! And I'm not even going to start on her excessive make-up. What was she thinking?!?
