Some people, such as Mariah Carey and Victoria Beckham, insist that they could never walk in anything but sky-high heels, but others, like Alexa Chung and Rachel Bilson, look equally as chic in flats. Me? I like to mix it up. While heels have their place, I do think there's something casually cool about a ballet flat or sandal. How about you? Do you favour one or the other, or a little bit of both?
I love my heels, and break them out when the opportunity presents, but I spend most of my time in flats. Mostly because OH&S at work forbids heels (fair enough, hospitality + stilettos = PAIN) and I don't want to put my ZU heels at risk at uni!
1Flats mainly. I'd love to wear more heels but I don't think I can afford comfy ones and I can't be bothered to walk around in uncomfy shoes.
