Their incredible designs were seen on the likes of Nicole Kidman, Diane Kruger, Jennifer Lawrence and more this week, and we've gotta say, we're seeing some of their best work ever. Diane Kruger might be the only star who can pull off a belly-button-exposing top at a high-class Vogue dinner (and pull it off she did), and we were thrilled to see Jennifer Lawrence opt for something different after a sea of black during the awards season a few months ago. Olivia Palermo showed prints who's boss, Nicole Kidman earned her mega-star status, and Sienna Miller? Well, let's just say we're glad she's back on the scene. Alexa Chung, Olga Kurylenko, and Marion Cotillard are the latest in a long list of fashion darlings and actresses to take Raf Simons from the runway to the red carpet. Ever since Belgian designer Simons, formerly of Jil Sander, took the reins at the legendary label, he's presented five exquisite collections. Naturally, stars like Cotillard (the face of Lady Dior) and Jennifer Lawrence (the face of Miss Dior handbags) have flocked to his jaw-dropping gowns, and we can totally see why. Simons is breathing new life into the design house by taking iconic past-collection references (think New Look from the 1940s) and updating them with a modern twist. Anne Hathaway and Sarah Jessica Parker brought Hollywood to the art world when they attended the Tate Americas Foundation Artists Dinner in NYC yesterday. Anne wore a pink Givenchy dress and styled her new blonde hair in a chic '60 pixie cut. Meanwhile, SJP wore a vintage floral dress and Fendi cuffs as she chatted with Anne inside the party. Both Anne and Sarah Jessica had crossed paths earlier this week when they both attended the 2013 Met Gala on Tuesday. This week saw movie premieres, a magazine relaunch party and a Prada-hosted party — among other events — so needless to say, it was a stylish seven days. Nicole Richie was all-white on the night of an AOL event; her Saint Laurent dress turned heads for all the right reasons and her own head was looking fine thanks to a new 'do. Zoe Saldana was every inch the leading lady at a Star Trek premiere, with her unusual Vionnet gown wowing from all angles, while here in Australia at the CLEO relaunch party, Nikki Phillips gave a lesson on why less is more (especially when Isabel Marant is involved). The A-list crowd was in full attendance at last night's Prada and The Great Gatsby soiree celebrating the opening of a special Dress Gatsby exhibition showcasing costumes featured in the film (in theaters May 10) designed by Miuccia Prada and costume designer Catherine Martin. The celebrity set was dressed in chic party attire with leading lady Carey Mulligan taking the spotlight in an elegant black long-sleeved Prada dress highlighting a ruffled detail down the side. Meanwhile, Maggie Gyllenhaal opted for the opposite side of the color spectrum in the brand's white silk ruffled dress paired with deco-inspired statement earrings and silver platform sandals. Katy Perry got in the roaring '20s spirit when she attended a cocktail reception for The Great Gatsby and Prada in NYC last night. She wore a purple Prada frock as she mingled with the film's stars Isla Fisher and Carey Mulligan, as well as her fellow musician Florence Welch. The fete was to celebrate an exhibition of the dresses that Miuccia Prada and costume designer Catherine Martin created for the upcoming film. The fashionable stars were joined by the film's director, Baz Luhrmann, who is married to Catherine, as well as Maggie Gyllenhaal, Tobey Maguire, who attended the celebration with his wife, and Miuccia herself.

Carey recently talked to Harper's Bazaar about wearing Prada-designed frocks for the project, noting that she's "always loved their clothes." She said, "They were the first designer house that ever lent me anything; I wore Prada to the Oscars. The people who work there are so lovely and really just non-scary fashion people."
