There was plenty of red carpet style on show last night when Australian cricketers and their partners attended the 2013 Allan Border Medal at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne. Michael Clarke may have been the man of the moment, winning his fourth Allan Border Medal, which is Australian cricket’s top individual prize, but in the style stakes all eyes were on his wife, Kyly Clarke, who made her entrance in a striking white J’Aton gown with cut-outs and a gold belt, adding colour via a bold red lip. Also dressed in J’Aton was Rebecca Judd, who wowed in a heavily embellished and netted creation from the Melbourne design duo. Pregnant Lee Watson (née Furlong), who is eight months along, dressed her baby bump in Johanna Johnson, Ricky Ponting’s wife Rianna chose Steven Khalil with Cerrone jewellery for the occasion, and Sara McGrath kept things simple in red on the arm of her husband Glenn, who won the first ever Allan Border Medal.
